Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BANA Marketplace platform operated by Preneux Technology Services Limited ('BANA', 'we', 'us').

By creating an account, listing a product, or completing a transaction on BANA you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria or Cameroon to create a BANA account. One person may hold one buyer account and one seller account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BANA will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call.

BANA reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a risk to other users.

BANA acts as a marketplace intermediary and escrow agent. We do not own the products listed by independent sellers.

Payment for every purchase is held in escrow by BANA and released to the seller only after: (a) the buyer confirms delivery, or (b) the 72-hour auto-release window expires without a dispute being raised.

Escrow funds earn no interest for either party. BANA charges a 2.7% platform fee deducted from the seller payout at the time of release.

Disputes freeze the escrow. BANA Operations will make a binding resolution decision within 5 business days.

The following are prohibited on BANA: counterfeit or pirated goods, weapons and dangerous items, controlled substances, adult content, and any product whose sale is illegal in Nigeria or Cameroon.

Market manipulation, review fraud, and coordinated inauthentic behavior are prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

BANA's total liability in any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of the transaction in dispute.

We are not liable for loss of profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Products are sold by independent sellers. BANA does not warrant the quality, legality, or accuracy of any listing.

We may update these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of BANA after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
