Table of Contents

1. How Escrow Works

When a buyer completes checkout, their payment is immediately transferred to BANA's escrow account — not to the seller. The seller is notified to accept and ship the order.

Funds are released to the seller automatically 72 hours after the order is marked 'Delivered', unless the buyer confirms delivery sooner or raises a dispute.

2. Confirming Delivery

Buyers should confirm delivery as soon as they receive and inspect their order. Confirming delivery releases escrow to the seller immediately.

If a buyer does not confirm delivery within 72 hours of the courier's delivery confirmation, escrow is auto-released to the seller.

3. Disputes & Freezes

Opening a dispute immediately freezes the escrow. Funds will not be released to either party until the dispute is resolved.

BANA Operations will review evidence from both parties and issue a binding decision within 5 business days. The decision may result in a full refund, partial refund, or release to the seller.

Frivolous or bad-faith disputes may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the buyer's dispute privilege.

4. Escrow Fees

There is no additional charge for the escrow service. The 2.7% platform fee (charged to the seller) covers the cost of escrow, fraud protection, and dispute resolution.

Buyers pay no platform fee. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
